It may seem that these things are not relevant to one another. But they are in fact somewhat related. If the narrative is that there is “systemic racism” then it seems that if it extends from the public into the private sectors(as some have argued) some evidence would arise. That we should notice that African Americans should be at higher unemployment rates because systemic racism. But it seems the rate by which African Americans are improving:

This means that we are living in the least racist times for this statistic. How does this fit a narrative of systemic racism?
