It is sometimes asked if God could include one less or more persons in the Godhead. The obvious answer is in the negative but interesting metaphysical reasons may be behind why. Sufficient meditation on the above observations yields the conclusion that God cannot be any more or any less than three divine persons, without being reduced to a common class with those finite “impersonally-contained” deities mentioned earlier. Times of Darkness

We recently had in Florida a school shooting in which 17 people were murdered and others were injured. It shows us in times of darkness what true evil is. We often miss that because we usually get sucked into a political debate about gun control that probably would’ve done nothing to stop shootings like this. The problem is people assume that the government can change hearts and minds. We have this hope that the state can save us from the wickedness of other humans.
